While reading Neil's most recent blog entry at devberry.com he mentions the official Blackberry developer newsletter hasn't been coming out. I just double checked the official site (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/developers/resources/newsletter.jsp) and they've missed the last two issues. I don't suppose anyone from RIM would like to comment? No, didn't think so.
Research in Motion will hold its own conference for smartphone developers later this year, as interest in mobile development continues to grow.

From VentureBeat: Research In Motion, the RBC and Thomson Reuters have invested in an $150 million venture investment fund, called the BlackBerry Partners Fund, to support developers of applications running primarily on the Blackberry.
