Bluetooth compatibility programs...

Since I got the Blackberry Pearl I now only have one phone!!

My one complaint is thus...  I would like to find a way to only sync some of the contacts with my bluetooth devices.  The best option would be to only sync one or two of my contact groups.

Basically when I get in my car, my BB address book is sync'd with the car and displays my contacts through the car...  the prob is that because I now only have one device my entire business contacts are sync'd with the car which forces me to have far too many contacts to properly scroll using the car's system.  Ideally I would like to have it set up so that only the Friends & Family group sync with my bluetooth devices so that the hundreds of business contacts don't display as I will basically never call them from the car.

I know for Windows Mobile... there are programs that do this...  When can we see this for a BB??

Thanks!!

I too have a bluetooth enabled car deck (JVC BT1). It has the capabilities of receiving, via bluetooth, text messages and displaying them on the display. I would love this included in the next RIM device. To be able to see my email scrolling accross my car deck when it comes in would definately help reduce the chance of me crashing my car. I know I am not supposed to but I cant help be read email as they arrive when I am driving.

Synchronizing Bluetooth Contacts . I think there's an easy way to partially sync your address book with your car bluetooth stereo. I was able to do this without any flaw. I have a Pioneer 9800BT Premiere (the best  car stereo on the market), a BB Pearl (Cingular), and a SIM card. I copied all business contacts to my SIM card and left all non-business contacts in the Pearl's address book. I erased my Pioneer 9800BT memory to eliminate any barriers. I paired my Pearl with the Pioneer 9800BT. After pairing, I used the Pioneer to register the Pearl as an authorized device. This may not be on all bluetooth car stereo. For my Pioneer stereo, a device must be registerded to allow address book transfer. After registering the Pearl, I set the Pioneer 9800BT to get ready for incoming address book. With the Pioneer listening, I switched to the Pearl and entered the bluetooth setup. From the menu I highlighted the Pioneer  9800BT and clicked "Transfer Address Book". The next thing was to sit back and watch the magic of bluetooth. After the transfer, the only contacts displayed on my Car stereo were non-business contacts.
