RIM Asking for Developer Content

It looks like RIM is having trouble coming up with ideas for their own developer conference. They are asking the community to come up with presentations and send speakers down to Santa Clara (at your own expense).

BlackBerry Developer Conference announced

Research in Motion will hold its own conference for smartphone developers later this year, as interest in mobile development continues to grow.

Around October 20th there will be a 2.5 day developer event in Santa Clara, CA.  Click here for the official site.

BlackBerry Developer Online Seminar

The folks over at Research in Motion recently announced a new online seminar, targetting developers and IT admins. The event will be held on November 15th, so take a look and sign up for it - it's free. Tell them you heard about it here.

Advanced BlackBerry Developer Training from AT&T

If you're a BlackBerry developer (or aspiring one) looking to go beyond email, AT&T has recently announced advanced developer training to be hosted in Chicago at the end of June. They'll be covering both Java and MDS Studio development, including a demonstration of RIM's upcoming plug-in for Visual Studio!
